Exchanges & Returns
We accept returns for exchange of the purchased item if unused and in its original packaging within 30 calendar days, at no additional cost. Just send a request with the reason for the exchange to our email: [email protected] and follow the instructions. Please do not send the item to be exchanged without contacting us, as items arriving at the company without prior notice will be refused.
By email, we will send you a code that must be presented along with the package at the post office. You can exchange the product for another one or, in the case of a defective item, it will be replaced with the same or an equivalent product.
For a refund, you will have only 10 calendar days from the purchase date to return the item.
The new item will only be shipped, and the refund will only be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item. Regardless of the presence of tags, inserts, or original packaging, the refund will not be issued for items that we determine cannot be resold.
